Our Task
Support London Planner and IN London in their digital transformation from an offline print business to an online business. This was achieved by using our social media strategy expertise, utilising Facebook & Instagram advertising alongside Google Ads.
What We Did
We separated audiences into different stages of the tourist booking journey, such as those looking for flights or restaurants in London for example.
We targeted relevant Google, Facebook and Instagram ads with creatives to these audiences, driving them to relevant web pages where they could get recommendations and tips for their holiday. These were run across Paid Social and Display networks.
An online competition was ran alongside this to incentivise relevant London tourists to visit the two separate websites, London Planner & IN London.
The Results
- 1,079% increase in monthly web visitors across both IN London and London Planner websites.
- 67,000 competition entries across both competitions held across IN London and London Planner.
- An average Cost per Click of £0.25 across Facebook and Instagram advertising.
